  • 1 Check your inbox — your confirmation email is on its way with your Google Meet link and my Client Agreement. Give it up to 10 minutes.
  • 2 Can't find it? Check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes lands there first time.
  • 3 Have a read of the Client Agreement when you get a chance — nothing heavy, just clarity for both of us.
  • 4 On the day, just click the link and show up. No prep, no agenda, no right way to arrive. Wherever you are is the perfect place to start.
A gentle word before we meet You don't need to know what to say or have your story ready. We'll simply start where you are. Most people feel a little nervous beforehand — that's completely normal, and honestly a brilliant sign that this matters.
