This agreement is here to create clarity and safety for both of us. By booking a session with me, you agree to these terms. Nothing here is designed to feel formal or intimidating — it’s simply a gentle framework to help us work well together and to protect the space we create.
I offer trauma-informed life coaching for introverted professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. My work draws on somatic awareness, developmental trauma understanding, and a compassionate, grounded presence. The intention is always to help you reconnect with who you really are, meet the parts of you that feel afraid or not enough, and explore what’s getting in the way.
Although this work can feel therapeutic and deeply healing, it is not therapy, counselling, mental health treatment, or a medical service. I’m not a licensed mental health professional and I don’t diagnose conditions or offer crisis support. If you ever feel unsafe, in crisis, or in need of emergency help, please contact your GP, NHS 111, Samaritans (116 123), or emergency services.
Everything you share with me is confidential. I take your privacy seriously and will always protect what you bring into our sessions. The only times I may need to break confidentiality are if you share that you intend to harm yourself or someone else, if a vulnerable person is at risk, or if I’m legally required to disclose something. Outside of these rare situations, your information stays between us.
I will show up fully for each session — grounded, attentive, and present. My role is to meet you exactly where you are, without pressure or judgment, and to gently guide you toward a deeper understanding of yourself. I will always be honest with you, maintain clear professional boundaries, and create a space that supports curiosity, compassion, and emotional safety.
Coaching works best when you come with openness, honesty, and a willingness to explore what arises. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and actions at all times. I can support and guide you, but I cannot do the work for you or guarantee any specific outcomes. Your pace, your readiness, and your self-awareness matter far more than any technique.
Sessions last for around 60 minutes and take place online via Google Meet or Zoom if we’ve agreed to use it. Because the work we do is somatic and reflective, I ask that you don’t take notes during the session. Staying present and connected tends to support deeper insight and emotional regulation. If something feels important to remember, we can pause and explore it together, and you’re always welcome to write things down after the session.
Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree beforehand that recording would genuinely support your process. If a recording is made, it will be sent to you securely and not stored long term by me. I will never record a session without mutual agreement.
Payment for paid sessions is required before we meet. Your booking confirmation will include everything you need for the session.
I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or move your session, please let me know as soon as possible.
If you cancel with 48 hours’ notice or more, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your session, you will receive a 50% refund or 50% credit toward a future session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend the session, the session is non-refundable.
If I ever need to reschedule, I will give you as much notice as possible and always offer either a full refund or a new session time.
Coaching can bring up emotions, memories, and new awarenesses. This is a natural part of any inner work. You understand that coaching is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or emergency support, and that any actions you take following our sessions are your own responsibility.
I will always hold the space with care, but you are the expert on your own life, and you remain in charge of your choices and wellbeing.
I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a sole trader and follow UK GDPR regulations. My ICO registration number is: [add once you have it].
I only collect the information needed to provide coaching — usually your name, email address, booking details, and any notes you choose to share with me. All information is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties. You may request access to your information or ask for it to be deleted at any time.
My full privacy policy is available at jonimondi.com/privacy.
While I will always offer my best guidance, support, and presence, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. You agree that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions. I hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance with AXA to cover the services I provide.
You are free to end our work together at any time. If you have prepaid for future sessions that you no longer wish to use, we can discuss refunding any unused sessions at my discretion. I may also decide to end the coaching relationship if I believe that coaching is no longer appropriate or safe for you, or if you would be better supported by a different kind of professional help.
By booking a session with me, you confirm that you understand the nature of coaching, the scope of the work, the cancellation and refund policy, confidentiality limits, and how your data is used and stored. You also confirm that you are over 18 and responsible for your own wellbeing throughout our work together.
