NARM Practitioner · Being Me TherapistI spent most of my life believing something was fundamentally wrong with me. Too quiet, too sensitive, too much in my own head. I tried everything — performing, people-pleasing, staying invisible — and none of it worked.
What changed wasn't me becoming someone different. It was understanding that everything I'd been doing — all the ways I'd learned to cope — made complete sense given what I'd been through. I wasn't broken. I was just keeping myself safe.
That's what I offer here. Not fixing. Not performing. Just a genuinely different way of seeing yourself.
In a session, there's no agenda, no homework, no fixing. Just space to slow down, think out loud, and begin to understand yourself a little differently.
